Free Assistance with your Federal and State Income Tax returns is provided by a dedicated group of IRS trained and certified volunteers who have been providing the free service for over 20 years. Service is provided by APPOINTMENT ONLY by calling 211 from any phone. The 211 Service is the only method to book an appoIntment – the Community Centers do not have access to the schedule.
The ONLY phone to book appointments is calling 211. You may have a number from other contacts – they can not book appointments. Each year, over 4,000 people use our services every year so we have a strict appointment process – call 211

Volunteers – trained and certified by the IRS – provide both electronic tax return preparation and filing with your Federal and State tax returns.
LIMITED SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FROM MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER – ONE DAY PER MONTH by calling 211 – please respond to any telephone call, text or email from us – there are no other scheduled hours. We are an ALL-VOLUNTEER SERVICE.
