Free Tax Buffalo, a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Site, is located at the Northwest Buffalo Community Center at 155 lawn Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14207. Additionally, we provide services at the:

North Buffalo Community Center, 203 Sanders Road, Buffalo, NY 14216
West Seneca Library, 1300 Union Rd. West Seneca, NY 14224
All services are provided by calling 211 from any phone and asking for an appointment at the Northwest Buffalo Community Center or the other three sites for tax return assistance.
You may ask for Riverside Community or North Buffalo Community Center or West Seneca Library but the availability of appointments is more limited. The Community Centers or Libraries can not schedule your appointment since they do not have access to the scheduling software.
The site is run by Volunteers who are trained in federal and state tax return preparation and certified by the IRS. We are a mix of retirees, law and accounting professionals, customer service, husbands, wives, and your neighbors seeking to help the community. Let us know if you are interested in helping.
